The SMT6 Piggy Back System

The SMT6 was designed so that it could be easily added to an existing engine management system.  Its purpose is to make the existing system "tunable", without any chip changes and without touching the ECU.  In fact, we sell a shorting strap which will revert the vehicle back to standard, making detection impossible.

Tuning the SMT6 can be done in real time while the car is running.  Installation is simple with an average installation consisting of 6 wires connected to the cars original wiring loom, changing the settings of the unit in the setup section of the tuning software and you are ready to retune the car.  It has been found that an experienced installer can install an SMT within 30 minutes.

The PRS Stand Alone System

The PRS unit is the result of 13 years of product refinement, including the lates firmware development from the SMT6 piggyback system.  The PRS range is an extremely powerful, fully programmable "real time" full stand alone fuel and ignition management system which employs the latest technology and is packed with features.  At present, the PRS system consists of three hardware versions, namely the PRS2, PRS4 and PRS8.
